8 December 2025 — Ireland — €3.5 million has been secured in Government support under Call 7 of Ireland’s Disruptive Technologies Innovation Fund (DTIF) for SPARC — Spatial Platform for AI-Driven Resilient Care.
The award supports danalto’s mission to help healthcare providers deliver safer, more connected and resilient care, using digital technologies that improve visibility, coordination and decision-making across the care pathway. Through SPARC, Danalto will work with Qorvo Inc and University College Cork (UCC) to develop a physical AI/spatial platform designed to underpin AI-enabled, resilient models of care enabled through physical AI wireless technologies .
SPARC is listed under the ICT research priority area and spans activity across Dublin and Cork, reflecting the cross-regional collaboration at the heart of DTIF.
The SPARC funding forms part of a broader DTIF announcement confirming almost €39 million for seven additional projects in this tranche, bringing total Call 7 funding to €159 million across 27 projects.
