Dublin, Ireland, 21th of October, 2021 – This week Technology Ireland announced the shortlisted finalists for their 29th annual Technology Ireland Awards. Following a record 82 applications, 40 companies were selected across 10 categories to proceed to the final interview round.
Among these, danalto was nominated for the “Technology Innovation of the Year” award in recognition of our “Fine-to-Long-range” positioning intelligence solution, FiLo™.
The first solution of its kind, FiLo™ utilizes LoRa 2.4 GHz to achieve sub-5-meter location accuracies for assets and personnel in open areas as large as 5 km2, and is able to do so while operating with minimal power and infrastructure when compared to traditional technologies.

Following final interviews, the winners of this year’s awards will be announced at the in-person awards ceremony which is to take place on November 19th at the Westin Hotel, Dublin.
